SO due to all the requests, I am posting the mermaid cake. I must say though that I was more impressed with my cake last year. Maybe practice doesn't always make perfect. Although, a mermaid is a lot more difficult than a frog, wouldn't you say?

they are both better than anything i could do! notice that i frosted choc. cupcakes and shoved store bought cars into them...yeah that was creative cooking for me! you did a good job.
