Off to the heat!

We are headed to St. George today for the next couple days and I hope that I am prepared for the heat! We are ready to have some fun with my family and then I will have some pics to post afterwards since I just found my camera which I am so happy about!

She can pedal!

So Sammy can officially pedal! I know it is super exciting news and you are probably all very impressed. Just after Sammy turned three, she figured out how to use the pedals and LOVES it. Anyhow, I took some pictures of her riding around yesterday with her cousin Tay. The funny thing is that they kept switching bikes and so some pics he is riding a pink bike! Also, you will notice Tay has a helmet and Sammy does not. After I put Tay's helmet on, Sammy said "Tay I like your helmet, it is very cute." what a girl!

So yesterday morning, my friends (Diana & Karon) and I ran the Orem Firefighters 5k at 8:00 a.m. It was a good run and we all finished with good times. We were hoping to run it under 30 min but we were just a little over! Next we are running the Freedom Run 10k on July 4th, if anyone wants to join us! (Is the pic ok? I wanted our numbers in the picture!)

when you see a face like this? Sammy was helping me make brownies today and found the batter to be quite delicious! If you look closely, you will find that she even got it in her eyebrows!
