Lately, Sam has been obsessed with bouncy balls. For those of you who know, they get lost SO easily! Anyhow, Sammy was sad because the latest bouncy ball was yet to be found after a couple of days so we were kind of on the hunt for one. It is actually hard to find bouncy ball machines believe it or not. Anyhow, today we went to Michaels and I had a 40% off coupon. I was looking at picture frames but couldn't find anything I liked so we then headed to the children's activities area. We found this:
so that is what we have been doing today. We are already making our 4th bouncy ball and Sammy is loving it. So if you ever need something to do, try this out! All you do is the take the molds (do you like Sammy doing the demo?)
then put it together and pour in the stuff (you can mix colors too)
then put it in water for a minute
and then pull it out of the water and keep in mold for 3 minutes. When you pull out of mold, it is still a little wet and sticky but you just rub it in your hands for a min or two and then bounce it a bunch of times and it goes away. I was a little skeptical but they are good bouncy balls and they actually bounce really high! And there you have one happy kid!
