Best Homemade Granola Ever!!! and easy too!



Homemade Granola

4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat flour
1 c. almonds, chopped
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. After cool, you can add coconut or craisins if you like (we like ours just plain). So yummy to eat plain, or on yogurt, or with milk or fruit!! Enjoy!!
