Jump On It

So it's been a long while that I have blogged. So maybe I am not the best blogger in the world but I do try. Lately I have been in the process of painting our living room and kitchen. It has actually been fun and I have enjoyed it since I have my own house! But now that I have been doing that, I keep thinking of more and more projects that I want to do. Jake tells me just one at a time.
I decided to post some pictures of Sammy and Taylor (her cousin) at Jump On it from last week. Its this cool trampoline place that has tons of trampolines and blow up toys. They have this great deal that on Thurs they have Mom & Me time from 10-11 a.m. for only $3! What a deal and they seem to love it. We have a small group of friends that go with their little ones and everyone seems to enjoy it. I usually watch my little nephew Taylor on Thursdays but last Thursday I thought I would try and take both kids. Boy what an adventure but it was fun! I sure do appreciate moms with two kids or more though!

Here is Sammy with the ball-she just loves balls!

This is Taylor, Sammy's cousin who is six months younger than her.

I love this one of them with Sammy laughing at him!

Here are Aleia and Zoey, some of Sammy's little friends.

Sammy having fun

Here are some clips of Sammy playing with her dad. She gets fun piggyback rides and blanket rides. I wish I was her age!

Crazy Hair

Here is Sammy with her crazy hair. I had it in two little buns all day and took them out right before bed. Nice huh?

Sammy's first time in a sled!

So last week on Wednesday it was a blizzard, and so Sammy and I thought it would be fun to go sledding. Well I thought it would be fun. The only problem was that we didn't have a sled. We ended up driving around to about 10 different stores during the snowstorm hunting for a sled, any sled really. Finally, we found that Shopko had one sled in stock and so we gleefully bought it. We got home and then we bundled up and hit the slopes (okay really we just walked over to the park and headed to the little hills). Sammy really didn't know what to think as we zoomed down the hill, probably because it was snowing so hard you could hardly see and we just kept getting creamed in the face with all the snow! It was an adventure to say the least. I got a few seconds on the videocamera with Sam before we began because on the way over to the park my camera's battery died. Perfect timing huh? I think it always works that way!

Sammy Camping

Okay well Sammy really isn't camping here...she did get a cool tent for christmas though from her grandma and grandpa Friel and so I thought I would post a few pictures of her in it. Sammy has loved this tent and for the first few days after Christmas I barely even saw her, she has just started showing her face again.
